Update: Problem solved reinstalled firmware 74.00324A as someone stated in another thread...Once upgrade is complete and when prompted to turn off vehicle and turn back on for upgrade to take effect but instead of turning the vehicle off at prompted screen, just leave the car ignition on for a further 20 mins this is what I did and it fixed the problem.
