Accesssory Option

Exactly you ******* idiot. The xenon package COMES WITH the TPMS. And your just making yourself look like a ******* moron. There are different types of HID's. Can you not read? I said the xenon package comes with the control for it. Since you don't understand the concepts of different types of HID's and you'd be completely baffaled if I told you what it was, so I tried to tell you in something you can read. When you get the xenon package, there is a control for the intensity. I was told I had xenons, and i was completely unaware that such a control existed at the time I bought the car, so I took the salesman's word that it did come with it. How could I test to see if they were when I bought it during the day? So I didnt bother to look. Later after I bought the car and read about it I realised that I don't have that control, I knew I didn't have xenon's. My simple question was does anyone know how much it would cost to get the xenon package without the TPMS option installed, hopefully lowering the $700 package which includes both the Xenons and the TPMS package to somewhat cheaper. Have you read anything about the 3? Obviously not. Do you have one? Obviously not. There are 3 packages that can be purchased with the 3. Each with 2 different options inside the package. Read the post before mine and you'll realise the difference between Xenon HID's and regular HID's. Otherwise, **** off. I don't come here to start s*** I come here to get questions answered, unlike yourself.
what are we? radio shack? you've got questions we've got answers.

You can have projector headlights without them being HIDs. I had projectors on my acura. HIDs can use projector housing because they focus the beam. But you don't need a projector housing to have HIDs. HID housings are different from regular halogen housings. Thats why aftermarket HID kits have been banned. They don't utilize the HID housings, they just use the standard halogen housing.

Let's clarify something:

1) That dial for the Xenon changes the "up and down" aiming of the headlights, NOT the intensity. I don't think I've even heard of an OEM dimmer switch for headlights.

2) Since the two starting fighting I used a neat site called GOOGLE (evil) to look up xenon light kits. The prices seem to be around $400-$550 uninstalled. I don't know how good the kits are but that gives you some idea.
So figure the $tealer to charge about $800.

3) Clear, thought out posts usually work best. As does looking up the features in your car in the manual.

You might also want to check out some pro shops near you. Sometimes they can give you a better deal than the dealership. And if you know someone who does a lot of business with the shop, you might be able to use their name/credit to get a better price. It may not be a huge discount, but you never know.

My friend does a lot of business at a pro shop near me, and whenever I go in to get my stuff done, I bring him along cause he knows everyone and that usually helps me get a better price.
