Accelleration below 2500RPM?

don't have any numbers(wife won't give me the money). but it runs great if I could stop messing with it. Most of the difference is in the top end. I kept the dual runner intake from the p5. That was great. Plus it was $400 cheaper than the stock one!!
 
hmm. ive been looking for a swap. and i dont want to pay to have my car converted to a fwd rotary by corksport. how much would a swap like the ze cost me?
 
from the outside it looks the same as stock. on original the intake man was different and the coil packs were different. Only real difference between the two are the internals. heavier cams, 10.4/1 compression, and revs to 7000
 
A p5 in a racing game would be a sure thing to lose in. No turbo mod, no supercharger, just suspension & exhaust. The speed3 is definitely close enough.
 
whatever we have, there will always be something faster. Speed is not the point, ingenuity and creativity points matter too.
 
i love my mp5. compared to stock, all the upgrades i put on, its pretty quick. everybody that rides with me gets thrown back into the seat. i mean after the exhaust, headers, intake, udp, motor mount inserts, and mp3 ecu, the thing pulls pretty hard. thats not even mentioning the sound, lol, i get so many compliments on the sound at school. plus cant ask for better handling.
 
yeah, mine sounds pretty good. in fact, neighbors have complimented the way it sounds driving down the street at 3 in the morning. i dont even know what kind of exhaust i have tho. i took it to meineke and told them to spare no expense. picked it up the next day and was pleased in every way lol
 
yea exactly, lol. the thing i get alot at school is that people are soooo surpised that my car is under 200 horsepower, lol. it is so anoying how i have to explain that my car has 130 stock, haha.
 
just tell them that mazda made the car slow so that all the girls could swoon over it for just a little bit longer.
