AC Not Working Because Engine is Too Hot???

I've been less than impressed with my ac performance or lack of it, I took it in to get it serviced. The tech told me that the system seems to be functioning just fine but the cooling system isn't up to par.

I have had my suspicions about this for awhile now as I bought the car with a fmic, Ron Davis Rad and one 12" Mishimoto Fan already installed. All of this plus a larger Garrett t28 factor into the under hood temps.

I removed my thermostat and wrapped the dp with header wrap in an attempt to lower temps. However this seems to have done next to nothing. I'm planning on adding another fan but I'm afraid that even this will not solve my issue.

I've searched the crap out of this topic but havn't come up with many solutions. Something just doesn't seem right. Is there a chance the water pump gave out or do these motors really run this hot? Anyone know how much cfm each of the stock fans pushes?

I have given that a thought but I'm skeptical of how much it will help if the condenser is heat soaked from the radiator. However every little bit helps but I think I will be installing another fan first.

One fan is not going to cut it. You need two. It's not pulling enough air.

Yea I've got another on the way. With all of the parts installed on this car I assumed the previous owner knew what he was doing. This is my first summer with the car and this ac performs at best half of what my old p5 would put out, even during the first couple of minutes of driving...
