AC always on.

Alright, ive searched came up with nothing.

The AC button has stopped turning the AC off. When I turn on my fans(interior blowers) the AC is on. The AC botton is not working, lol.

I know im not crazy because the AC fan kicks on and I can hear the compressor.

Sollutions?

is your control set to defrost? i am not near my car right now and not positive but some cars in the defrost mode automatically have the a/c on. i will try and see if my wife will go jump in my car and take a peek.

that reminds me, the crack head previous owner did something with the cable that controls the air flow. Its always on face.

Look up under the dash near the gas pedal and you will see a plastic white control lever. There will be a knob attached to that about the size of a pencil but only about half an inch long, this controls the flow for the vents. There should also be a cable with a loop somewhere near that, if you attach it you will have control of your vents back
