Does anybody know where the ABS sensor is located in our cars, I accidentally dissconected mine installing my coil-overs, It actually turned out better because I had autocross and I liked it off, but now I want to turn it back on, those lights on the dash bug the crap out of me!

I think...

I think the brake light comes on when there isn't enough brake fluid in the system...Maybe? Either way, if that is what is on you screwed something up...

There has to be an ABS sensor on a car equiped with ABS, which mine does have. Both lights are on, the parking brake light and the ABS light, I talked to a Mazda service guy and thats what he told me, but he said I could just plug it back in myself and save the labor rate. Now if I could find the damn thing.

If you don't have an MP3 you could have ABS. IIRC the ABS sensors on my MIATA are on a little tab off the shock body.

The sensor is located behind the rotors, there are two cables goinging into teh back of them, one on the left and one on the right. The one on the left is the ABS, or should i say, towards the rear of the car... hehe. If thats not it they are the ones towards the front. And did you use a spring compressor? I got my shocks all taken apart but couldnt get the main strut nut off, you know the one on teh top? later

are we talking mp3 here of p5? Because if it a mp3 it doesn't have abs as for a 5 i don't have any idea i'm a mp3 bastard
