Yeah the 2.7L would be cool but honestly I'd rather them put in a nice four banger with a turbo and AWD. I have always just liked fours...easier to work on and cheaper to modify(usually). We shall see if they can keep it under 3000lbs but not bloody likely.

I must have been thinking of the 150hp europe version. When Car and Driver did their writeup it was based on the euro model. Well then 200hp turbo a3....hmmmm so many hot cars these days what will be next. Unfortunately it will probably cost almost as much as an rx8

...then what.I think that somebody(manufacturer) needs to make a TRUE enthusists car. One that is light first and foremost and has several engine choices and drivetrain choices and the only options would be creature comforts like A/C power windows and all the crap you really don't need in a car(the stuff MR. Hohum would want). I wish i could design a car for somebody...that'd be sweet.
