Well i went to the store today to get some glass cleaner and stumbled apon this product... leme give you back round... i hadnt washed the windows for about 1000 miles (road trip) and by the time i came around to doing it they where so horrible mud was caked on it and windex would just smear that around. So anyways i went into a store and picked up some random glass cleaner (bad i know) however the s*** worked so well i came to rave about it! The product is Stoners- Invisible Glass cleaner i used that and crumbled newspaper bam! in 3 applications it trully did not look like a window was there... simply amasing.

I've been looking for Stoners for a while, but I thought it was a mail/internet order only type of thing.

hey ever tried eagle one 20/20 it works great. safe on tint also. I work at autozone and i tried all of the cleaning supplys we sell...

Bringing up the dead here, but I simply cannot find a good window cleaner. I've tried:
Eagle One 20/20
Windex
Generic Window Cleaner
Mazda Glass Cleaner
Straight Ammonia (Outside Only)
Vinegar
Rubbing Alcohol

All were used with a variety of paper towels, microfiber towels, shirts, cotton rags and newspaper.

What can I use to get rid of hardwater spots/film? This is bothering the hell out of me.

I've used Stoners for a couple years now. Excellent product. Though I just had my windows tinted, so I'm not sure if I can continue to use it on the insides. You should be able to find it at stores like Pep Boys. That's where I've gotten it in the past.

Have you had to deal with literally baked on rain spots and film all over the windows? It's so bad that when I tried tonight to clean my windows, I could feel all of the bumps where the rain spots were. Really pissing me off.

So far the best I have found is GUNK FOAMING GLASS CLEANER from Walmart.....
Takes EVERYTHING off........
Even water spots...;)

I got some stuff that'll work no matter how bad your windows are water spotted...
The windows on my Civic were badly stained, and once I tinted my windows, it was an embarrasment to drive it. Hers the stuff I found:
Bio-Clean water spot remover
It's seems a bit pricey, but I gaurantee you will be 100% satisfied. $20 isn't all that bad for what it does and how long it lasts.
Rubbing it on gets rid of most of the spots, leaving little rings of the water spots left. Buffing it out removes the rest of it. It really takes some elbow grease, but in the end, it is well worth it. It repels water good too, so the spots won't come back nearly as easy.

I like your avatar, that car/pic seems so familiar... :D

Well, as you can see, I'm getting mixed replies which is good but bad at the same time. I can't afford to go shell out cash again and again trying stuff only to find it doesn't work.

The idea of the Bio-Clean seems just like going at it with Windex for hours upon hours. *shrug*

rmedoc made the pic, I just downsized it and hacked it down...

Do you really want to go at it for hours and hours though??(upbum)He He...Anyways, I promise, you won't be dissapointed:)

Yeah, it's a pic of my car... Seems my pics have been popular with people making those cartoonish images... Cool!

I'm curious as to what you're referring to now since you're talking about going at it for hours and hours then you have the (upbum) plus you say I won't be disappointed... HMMMMM.

Anyway, I can't afford $20 for window cleaner right now, but I'll keep it in my Mazdaspeed Mods list for later.

Thanks for the info.
