A meditation on the speed limit

I saw this on the ATL SCCA forum, but I know most people on here don't frequent that forum. I know, should probably go in photo/video, but since it took place ON I-285 around Atlanta, I figured why not put it here. It's pretty funny, and very interesting, I'm sure some of you heard about it on the news.

that's good stuff...i love that they protested by OBEYING the law. anyone think it'll bring about any change?
