A-hole MS6 driver in Tampa

:
2008 Mazdaspeed 3 GT
So what's up with this? I am driving home here in Tampa during lunch time and I was cruising pretty fast most of the way. When I am a couple of exits away, I pull up behind a Mazdaspeed 6 (it was black). I slow down and get behind him for a little bit thinking he might move over and I was definitely not tail gaiting or anything like that.

So, I drop it to fourth and buzz by him and get back over to the left lane. He slowly fades back and I didn't think anything else of it. Well, I ran into some light traffic and once again got behind some people going kinda slow in the left lane. Well, this dude and his friend fly by me and go to the far right lane and when doing so, the passenger sticks his hand out the sunroof and flips me off the whole way as he passes.

The driver was being pretty wreckless when passing on the right and didn't seem to have very good control over his car. Anyways, I thought it was strange that he did that considering I didn't do anything except pass him on the right. They seem to be the kind of idiots who would key a car or something....what am I missing here?

Hmmm, you just described the average driver in Miami. They usually drive way under the speed limit on the left lane and hate when you pass them.

Welcome to Tampa. (dunno) That's pretty much the norm. Or they'll drive slow and when you try to pass them, they speed up.

FL drivers in general suck.

In Orlando, they friggen fly weaving in an out of traffic like you wouldn't beleive!! Then the turnpike, people going slow in the passing lane. You pass em in the right lane and they freak out and pass you again to get infront of you. Then, pass em again and then they tailgate you till you come up on slower traffic and fly around you just to block you. Mind you, I am not a bad driver, and, am In a Protege5 so, i couldn't even try to pass if I wanted!

I hate FL drivers.

I own 2, so, I'm not quite as big an a-hole as someone that owns 3

Same goes for Maryland....except they will actually speed up to try to cut you off if you go to pass them on the right. (They also don't care if this is dangerous and could cause an accident.)
