Running, then water pump went out. Replaced, not running anymore. Got spark, got ignition, turning over smoothly. Help me, I wanna drive my NA.

If you have fuel and spark, then you probably have the timing belt installed incorrectly since that has to come off to get to the pump.

Observe the marks on the cam gears and crank gear as seen in the pic below. Also, there should be 19 teeth on the t-belt between the two upper marks of the cam gears.

Yes, and it will be if the notch on your crank pulley is lined up with the arrow on the oil pump.

This is my NA. I was using FinalResorts profile to post this while I got mine. I must be a really bad mechanic because I couldn't get this thing running. I really wanna drive this car too. I appreciate your help and I did what you said to do. But the cam gears wouldn't line up right, the were about half an inch off. Maybe somebody has taken them off and put them on wrong, so I'm planning on trying to fix that. If you don't mind, could you go through a major breakdown of the timing? If not, that's fine too. I understand if you don't want to type all that out. or maybe point me in the direction of a major breakdown of the timing?
