88 mx-6 issues

I own a white 1988 Mazda MX-6 the interior and exterior are in excellent condition. My car will start but the problem is it won't move. I have a hold system in my car and it goes on everytime I start it. I read the manual and it says there are electrical issues. Does anyone have any idea what type of issues. I'm interested in selling my car, and I would like to know how much I could get for it fixed or unfixed. If anyone has any ideas please reply it would be greatly appercaited.
