Have you guys seen the new issue of Modified-850 horses in an RX-8,I think they said it was a 20B engine transplant and of course turbo.That is ******' sick !!! .Although from all the reviews for a regular 8 said that the 8 wasn't really mean't to handle force induction only some.

The shop that built that RX8 is buildin my Protege5 motor. That car is everything u could imagine and more. If u dont believe me then come to Jersey. This car is a monster that cant be touched!

No,I think the motor was a 3 rotor Wankel called the 20B which obviously creates more power than the RX-7's 2 rotor motor called the 13B.

Old news. The company that built it is Acosta Racing. It is a 20B 3 rotor with a huge turbo. They actually raced a 800hp Porsche 911 Turbo on some track to see which car was faster on a track. I'm sure the Porsche handed it's ass to it. The RX8 has tons of power with that motor, but it's still an RX8. Which doesn't even compare to a Porsche. The race results are suposed to be in the Feb. issue of some magazine. I'm not sure which one though. Maybe Modified Magazine?

The rx8 handles pretty ******* well, and with that much power, even if it has to slow down on a stock susp in the corners, its gonna beat that porsche...
