It'll fit, just roll your rear fenders. You'd probably want to get a 235/45 or 245/40 tires. Cobb springs don't lower the MS3 much, so you'll still have a big enough gap when the suspension gets compressed.
 
Youll be ok... should be. Cobb hardly lowers you.

If you are really concerned, put 225/40s on. But You should be fine with 235/40 or 245/40 until you get coilovers ( If you do )
