rofl.. need yo CRACK
I still hope I can get my hands on one of these.....
+1 just a broke bastard now.
Ok guys not the best news to report today. Wes has completely stalled out and nothing has been done over the last 2 weeks. I picked up the components yesterday and am taking them to get welded elsewhere. This now means I basically make zero on the project, but we have come way too far to let things go south. This new place should get the runners welded to the flanges ASAP, then I'll take them back to kelly for injector holes.
Not 100% sure on a new ETA yet, but I'll keep you guys updated as soon as I know what's up.
Just as a recap of where we're at:
Runners cut and formed.
Flanges cut.
Floorplates cut.
TB flanges cut.
EGR blocks cut, drilled and tapped.
Vac blocks cut, drilled, and tapped.
Injector dishes cut.
All vac fittings are here.
What is left (in order):
Weld runners to flange.
Drill injector thru-holes with counterbores.
Weld floorplate/plenum to runners.
Weld tb flange, vac blocks, egr block to plenum.
Flycut flanges.
Blasting/coating.
So as you can see, we are way past the point of no return and there are very few steps left to tackle. I can't tell you all how bad I feel that this is taking so damn long to get done, and I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure nothing stalls out again. I appreciate how cool ya'll have been and hope that this update helps show where we are at exactly so there is no confusion/frustration.
Lastly, with the added expense of this new place doing the welding, I have nothing left from the deposits to pick up the EGR hoses. I am going to have to go back to the original plan of you guys sourcing your own hose instead of paying me for them. The hose is 24" long, and has 1/2" female fittings on both sides. I prefer an uncoated hose because the coating will melt off and look like ass eventually.
If anyone has any questions at all please post up or PM me.
Thanks guys.

We fixed some dwell problems but still have a low speed trigger error.
Care to explain? whats wrong?
to be honest we're not exactly sure and think it could be a problem with a ground wiring. I've been browsing the haltech forums to try and figure it out. I could have a bad coil pack or plug, but I think its the wiring. The misfire happens at 2000rpm.
Did you received my PM Sander ?
yup, i sent you one back.
