I would like to see a finished product prior to deciding, Sorry the duck tape looks good but I would like to see a final proto type fully assembled, some dyno numbers compared to stock maybe?!

Haha, I'll put you down as second in line for a full tape/cardboard version then. :p

Dyno runs will be done, and hopefully my suspicions of huge top end gains will be fulfilled. :) I can already tell without even putting it on a flow bench that this thing will outflow the stocker by a gigantic margin.

Has anybody flowed the stock manifold versus the stock head?
I think this manifold will easily outflow the stock head judging by power number with 15psi in that other thread.
My guess is that the head is around 230-240cfm, and the manifold will likely do 300+.

I have a feeling these Intake manifold is going to make an insane difference in performance, if you have a fully build head, like bigger valves, a good port and polish, better cams and the rest of the toys you guys already know. I cant wait to have these new toy in my hands !!!!!

No problem, its a good read. Ive tried it and it came out nice on my cavalier (i never got to install it though), I didnt go for cc'ing the combustion bowl cause i was afraid of creating more bad than good. However, theres no substitute for experience.

hmmm leen wana cnc port my spare head as the prototype =D

Might be fun! How restrictive is the stock head?

I've only ever done my Celica and that one I opened up the intake and exhaust by .25 inch for high revs. It made a huge difference. Even sounded better. I also cnc milled the combustion chambers to get them identical + smooth.

i can take some pictures for you if you would like i have a old intake mani gasket laying around here i think. so i can show you how much room you have to work with

Trust me, you don't want to see the current pictures of his cylinder head. Long story put shortly, his valve seals were essentially nonexistent in cylinders 1 and 4.
