That sounds backwards. You sure it's your camber? You use these camber bolts to increase negative camber, which would make tire wear worse. Not vice versa.

When's the last time you got an alignment?

I have tokico hp blues and progress 2" lowering springs and my front tires are wearing on the inside. With that Said would these fix that or should I get and alignment and see if that fixes it? I'm about to buy new tires and don't want to rewin them.

If your camber is pretty negative, these will help to bring it back to factory specs.

Front/Back: +/- 1.75 degrees of adjustment
as long as it's not more than that you should be able to adjust accordingly
as for alignment charges... firestone charged me an extra $100 to adjust camber bolts with alignment
