2 ways are pretty cheap at walmart, I picked up mine there about 4 years ago and it worked fine with everyone else's on the way to OCC.

Last year no bicycles were allowed on the track during the 5k. I highly doubt this has changed due to people walking their dogs around the track.

Bicycles are allowed in camping at all times. After 6 p.m., fans and participants may ride bicycles in the paddocks and on roadways at Lime Rock Park.
