so got my new thermostat in, new coolant, and the temps are the same...driving about 193, stop and go traffic 205...then fan comes on and knocks it down to 193? i never should have bought that scan guage...i keep looking at all the guages now...drives me crazy!...maybe these numbers aren't that bad?

So i got the new knuckle on last night and SPC BJs. I can put the car interior trim back together tonight, but need to get the summer tires on. I wonder if I could get them to do it at lime rock...that would save me a huge hassle as im running out of time. Thou I did find a decent place to do it, precision tune, as im sure I need an alignment now, but might also need one in a few months after the COs settle just dont know if I will have time Fri morning.

I would definitely shoot to get there at 10am. Any later and you may run the risk of either missing the parade laps or not be in them.

Thinking about taking the Wrangler instead of the MS6. There will be plenty of Red MS6s there and the weather is supposed to be great for dropping the top on the Jeep. Any objections?

I was thinking earlier than 10, so that's good. I'll probably wind up leaving the house around 6:30, should put me at the track around 9ish.

There's always room in the rx-8 w/ me too, would be good to have someone taking some rolling pics. I'll be setting up a webcam on my dash and recording the parade laps on my laptop.

I'm always ordering food online, so I have a freezer full of those ice packs they put in the containers. I'll bring those with me in case anyone needs to keep drinks cold and doesn't want to deal with ice. I'll bring an extra chair too in case anyone forgets or needs one.
