3M Chrome and Metal Polish

i remember some people complained about carbon deposits on their exhaust tips...and im sure by now, the muffler on some of your cars are pretty ****** dirty. i recently ordered 3M Chrome and Metal polish from 3M.com cause i couldnt find it at any local stores...and frankly, this stuff is the s***. my exhaust tip and muffler look brand spanking new. it does take a little elbow grease to clean the whole thing, but i think it was worth it...what do you guys think?

Bling Bling.....hehe Damn I wish our factory exhaust was a little bigger though. I use some stuff called never dull and it works pretty good for what it cost. Damn that ish is shiny though

yeah...i think it looks pretty ****** sweet now...im tempted to go and polish everything silver on my car...lug nuts...center caps...valve covers. im addicted to polishing!

i'm not surprised, i love all of 3m's products. a little pricey but well worth it. the exhaust looks damn good.

Did you use any special applicator to apply the polish or to do the actual polishing? Does the 3M product come with anything to polish with?

nah...i used a clean cotton cloth to apply and buff everything...just make sure whatever you're using isnt abrasive or extremely dirty or you might end up scratching the surface
