3in done!!!!! Pics.....

Damn, I'm sorry, but that paint around the muffler is as good as toast.

Its fine right now. Last night he had some runs and it seems to be fine. Theres some black unburnt fuel above the muffler. Thats about it. After driving the car its not hot above the muffler.

MMM that muffler looks really good. I like the slight slant upwards that it has. If I was to do that I would also have it slant out the side a bit too, if its at all possible. But it still looks very good. I am going to have to check out some muffler places around here now because that is just damn sexy.

Any rattles?

Welcome to the 3" Yellow club! It definitely looks sweet! One question though. Since you have a straight pipe back over the cross-member 18" after the S-pipe connection, do you find that you get any rattling there? I noticed that you didn't have any hangers there and I wonder if my own will start rattling there sometime soon (although I do have one 3" hi-flow cat).

To add to what Turbo Speedy said. I have heard it rattle also but its not loud. Ive seen him take off the the pipeing moves around a lot.

The muffler is bolted to that metal support behind the bumper. Its bolted with a muffler mount with a stiff rubber hanger. The muffler doesnt move at all. Its just the pipeing.

The stock eyeball muffler use to hit the lip on the back. Theres some nicks from it smackin under the bumper

He got the exhaust done at JV Tires and Mufflers off East Colonial (right after 7Eleven. Im not sure if he would do yours for the same price. You would have to PM me and we'll get together and I'll talk to him.
I will tell you that he uses the stock flange off the flexbolts, so that gets cut off. The rest of the stock exhaust isnt used.
Sean is suppose to go back on Thursday to get the 2nd flange installed so it can be a "true bolt on exhaust"

that looks pretty good. what's the material ? you should get a real kick in the pants once you get up to 13 psi. i think 12 psi will be good for you actually and be safe without having to use an FCD...but i'm not really sure.
