33k miles - is getting the extended warantee a waste of $$$ ?

hey I got 33k miles on my MS3, just had the primary O2 covered under warantee, would have been $611 normally. I can get 3 star waranttee for 100K miles for $1900 ($100 deductable) or $1700 ($200 deductable). I do most of my own work on the car, just not the really big stuff. Is the extended warantee a waste of $$$ ???? I have until 35K to sigh up. Just wanted to see a few peoples thoughts on this. Thanks

I've been thinking about getting rid of my extended warrenty with mazda. I talked to my dealership about getting a fmic and they weren't cool with it at all. And before they didn't really care about what parts I put on as long as I talked to them about it first. You only live life once, and the end of high powered cars in the future... s***, I'm bout to say give me my money back which they said I can still do
