OK,
I reieved a phone call from the dealer @ about 9:30 this morning. They said that he car acted fine on the cold start up and the 2 miles drive. So, I went and picked her up. Yup, she is all better with nice driving and no CEL. But, here is the list of things wrong/fixed.
Scan'd for codes.
Codes: P2097, P2177 and P2187- Bank 1 lean codes.
Checked fuel trim with IDS, did find short fuel trim at 25%.
Checked for any vacuum leaks...none.
Checked purge valve for being stuck open by clamping off hose to it...checked out OK.
Checked EGR operation with IDS for being stuck open...OK.
Checked fuel pressure,...In spec.
Called ED tech line, referance number 541562.
Monitored O2S11, Found it to be reading too high, 6.42MA at idle.
Tech line recommended replacing O2S11.
Replaced sensor and cleared codes.
Monitored fuel trims after...OK now.
Test drove and performed drive mode test....OK now.
So they tell me it had a shorted out O2 sensor from the factory. We will see if I get a CEL tomorrow.
