30K engine/tranny oil question

So I just got to the 30k mark on my 08 MS3 and I was wondering which tranny and engine oil would be best to put in my car? I am looking for best protection for my engine and transmission with the mods I have.

Check out Royal Purple....that's what I'm going to use next...
Currently I've been using Castrol Syntech and had great results and no issues.

I have been using Pennzoil Platinum 5W30, may try Shell Rotella 5W40 T6 Full Syntehtic next change, about to do a tranny oil change myself, got myself the good Motorcraft stuff.

I've used Royal Purple 5/30 for the past couple of years. I used to use Mobil 1, but switched because it's not full synthetic.

I just recently replaced tranny fluid with redline 70w.

I am not concerned with cost as long as it is of good quality. So I think I am going to go with PP 5w30 to see how that works and the motorcraft tranny oil.

Royal is the most expensive but we are running high quality cars...
