Been calling a lot of muffler shops in the area and no one says they can do 3 inch on my car. I tell them its been done but they just get frustrated. If you guys out there with custom 3 inch exhausts over the rear axle could show me some pictures so I could show them to the shops. These will be crush bent but to be honest, its not a huge deal to me plus Im on a cheap budget. It will be connected to a megan n1 muffler. Anyone used one of these before? I just cant believe how many shops say its impossible to do. Also, if they cant do 3 inch and i do 2.5, Im guessing i should still be good on performance. I have an apex 3 inch catless midpipe. All help is greatly appreciated.

I have a custom 3' exhaust that I no longer use. It goes from the j-pipe back into a magnaflow catback. It is all mandrell bent tubing. I need it out of my garage. Somewhere in the ball park of 260.00 plus shipping. E-mail me if you are interested. I have pics upon request.

It's a bit of a challenge to get a 3" S-PIPE .. cause it's tight up there by the turbo and whatnot.
However, the rest of the exhaust -- 3" shouldn't be a huge deal. Are you calling actual exhaust shops, or just places like Midas?
If you want a 3" quality exhaust, you're gonna have to be willing to pay. I'm having a SS 2.5" s-pipe and 3" exhaust from the j-pipe back (with one high-flow cat and a resonator) custom built for about $600 at a performance exhaust shop in a week or two.

im keeping my s-pipe stock and i have the apex 3 inch catless midpipe. so i just want to finish the rest. I have a megan racing n1 3 inch muffler. K-lea, ive been searching and Im gonna call this company in hewitt tomorrow. they said they might can do a side deal with me. still havent found the place you were talking about. i was so confused. this guy in NC gave me a good quote on a couple bends, but i kinda wanna pick it up locally.
what do you guys think of this. will it be too big, i dont understand Aluminized 3" on a 4" Radius, *edit I understand now
