255/35 on 18x8.5 and a credit card?

I am looking at the new axis circuit wheels, 18x8.5 offset 45 only. Do these sound like a good setup with no rubbing and minimal fender rolling. I had +17 offset on my honda fit and had to roll the fenders(didn't like the outcome). So I am looking to get as much tire as possible without fender rolling or rubbing.

Hey guys need some help, i want a staggered looking rear wheel set up and i plan to purchase some Work Meister s1 3pc wheels i want to go 18 x 8.5 with a +37 mm offset will this stick out too much on my ms3? My set up right now is lowered the car 1.2 inches and have 18x8 with a +48mm offsett wheels with stock tires 215/45/18 and it sits perfect under the fender even if i lower the car more it will not rub.
