2025 CX-50 Hybrid - Are rear seat heaters available?

Look at the the sticker and no. Looked at the marketing stuff and says yes.

I don't have the switches. Has anyone looked behind the USB cover to see if there are connectors (ie the seats are provisioned with heaters, just not connected)?

I have the Hybrid Premium Plus package.

The 2026 CX-50 Hybrid PP has heated rear seats. I don't think the 2025 did…

@steavis it appears that although Mazda’s early marketing materials for the 2025 CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus stated it included rear seat heaters, it does not.

From what I gather…While Mazda uses a universal wiring harness (meaning the connector might be sitting dormant behind your USB cover), the actual thermal heating pads were not installed inside the rear seat cushions at the factory.

So unfortunately simply buying a switch won’t work.

That said there might be another option and that’s to go aftermarket…Did some searching and found the following brands that might be of interest and worth a look…
