I noticed that when I dropped 8,000 mp3s in my USB with no folder, 90% of my mp3s went missing. I ended up putting the mp3s in a folder instead. Is there a limit to how many mp3s can be put in a folder?

You're saying the file limit in each folder is 1,024?10% of 8,000 (800)?
Probably closer to 1,024, though.
