2019 CX-9 Oil Leak?

:
CX-9 GT 2019
The bottom of my engine got dirty with something that looks like an oil leak. It was minor before but got worse after few oil changes. It drips onto engine cover a bit, but never makes it to the garage floor.

On the photos there are couple of examples: 1. oil pan edges get dirty. 2. when looking to a right side of the engine via the wheel arc, some parts also looks oily dirty.

Any ideas what it could be? Gasket issues?

The car does not have any sign of coolant leaking. Runs fine.

"got worse after few oil changes"
Does the person changing the oil leave the plastic noise-damping cover in place when adding oil and thereby slop oil onto the top of the engine which drips down? The cover pops loose with a tug and fits back into position with a nudge.

If it is an oil pan gasket seal leaking, I'd consider it too minor to bother with. If you want to dive deeper, remove the plastic under the engine and with a good light and perhaps a mechanic's mirror (oversized dentist's mirror) look for the origin of the leak, perhaps some sensor. If there is too much oil, clean everything off with brake-clean solvent and a small rag attached to a rod. Then let drive a bit at fairly high rpms (more oil pressure) and warm oil (leaks better when warm & thin) and again look for that leak.

I had something similar happen last year and it was the oil pressure\sensor o-ring that was leaking. They replaced the sensor. Here is a pic of that sensor. You can see in the pic where the tech is pointing it out.

After looking at it during next oil change - it looks like oil pan leaking. No oil going up from the pan.
Went to the dealer for fuel pump recall and they confirmed that. They ask $2k to reseal it, and it does not seem worth it. It does not get noticeably worse. Just the oil cover gets dirty.

One question is why it happened?:) Did we have any reports on that here? Could it be the Rotella Multi-vehicle oil that I use (and promote here :) ) for few years? It is not a spec oil but it withstands dilution really well. Maybe some additive react with sealant? However, it would degrade faster in that case I guess.
