2017 CX-5 cylinder heads ok?

I lost my 2014 CX-5 in an accident. I'm looking to replace it, but keep seeing warnings about cracked cylinder heads on newer models. Are the 2017 NON TURBO CX-5's free of this problem? Any other problems I should look out for on a 120k mile 2017 specifically? Some have mentioned oil leaks around timing chain cover.

2017's should not experience head cracks as they have neither CD nor turbo. CD was introduced for 2018.

No problem w/ my '17. No CD (cylinder deactivation), no turbo issues.

Only problem I have so far (not fixed yet) is the belt tensioner (leaking oil).
Both my '16 Mazda6 and '17 CX5 had/have this issue.

My '14 Maza3 has no such issue.
