2017 CX-5 Auto start

HI All,
just wondering, with the iDatalink system, does the engine turn off when pressing the door handle button to unlock the car? or does it stay on only when the keyfob unlock is pressed?

i'm guessing both idatalink and compustar are the same systems using this product?
