2016 Lexus RX new "love it or hate it" design

hey guys,
what do you guys think of the new 2016 Lexus RX design ?
most online reviews are pretty polarizing, either people love it or hate it,
I can appreciate Lexus trying to be different, but that grill is just plain weird looking,
also looks like it will be expensive just to repair it from minor parking bumps !

The rear quarter window/"floating roofline" seems like a straight rip off of the new Nissan Murano,
not to mention massive blindspot !



Most people just see the nice shiny "spindle grill" without the license plates in the showrooms
and don't realize once they put on the license plate INSIDE the "spindle grill", the grill looks
like a picture frame around the license plate and the license plate becomes the centerpiece, ugly design IMHO !!
Lexus just flat out copied the Audi grill and just changed the shape slightly on the sides.

An odd design for the class leader. I would have expected them to remain more conservative. Some buyers may be drawn to it but I imagine the net effect is lower sales.
