2016 CX-5 auto-close for moonroof?

Hi. Is there a reinitialization procedure for 2016 CX-5 to auto close the moon roof instead of holding the switch until it closes fully? I couldn't find it in the manual.. Thanks in advance.

Nope, no auto close for these cars. I miss the sunroof's auto close feature of my VW, in fact all the windows had the feature.

Hi Conrad, thank you very much, I thought it was just mine, I'm use to auto close moonroof from my other cars as well. At least, there is auto close for the driver's window, I saw that in the manual , pretty straightforward.

My 2020 has auto-close on the moonroof. Maybe there's a logic board or something that could be transplanted into earlier models to get this functionality.

my 2018 has full auto close too.
not the tilt but full open close.
did you change the car battery at some point in time? I think it has to be reinitialized if battery has been changed.

Cz5gt, did you happen to notice that Blackcx5's car is a 2016?

Right.

2016's sold in the states did NOT have any auto close features on any of the windows except the driver's.
