Hi everone.
As some of you may know. I live in Japan, so my 2014 Mazda 3 is called Axela. She is a 1.5 AWD hatchback and only has 10,000 Ks
When the car is in istop mode, and the engine turns itself back on for aircon or battery charge (still with foot on the brake). Later when I eventually let go of the brake pedal and start accelerating, the car just stays in "neutral" for about a second, then because of the built up RPMs it jumps forward.
It is driving me nuts because now I can't put my foot on the gas as soon as I let my foot off the brake. So I sit there for about a second until I feel the is "in gear".
Is that normal? Because the istop started the car before I took my foot off the brake it had to stay in neutral?
