2014 Mazda CX-5 Transmission leak!?

Hey folks,

Today I decided to pop open the undercarriage to do some engine bay cleaning, then I discover there is grease or oil around the transmission area.
The car is approximately 23000 km. I took some photos around the area. Please let me know if this is a normal condition or not? Or anyone had experiencing similar issue.

looks like motor oil either leaking or spilled from an oil change

Clean it off and recheck at intervals to determine where it is coming from. I also suspect spilling from an oil change or add. Ed

The grease I spotted is right underneath the gear box, there are some distance away from the the engine oil pan. The engine oil pan seems to be clean and no leak. That's why I suspect the leak is transmission related. I did end up clean the area, I guess I'll report back in a few weeks. Thanks for the help!
