2012 CX-9: Any changes expected?

$7000 off MSRP, really think that will happen soon for the 2011 GT AWD? Wonder when the Sept Incentives will be announced?

We put money down on a 2011 and go it down $3900 off MSRP with 0%. I thought that was a pretty good deal. However, if they go down even more......I dunno?

I doubt there is much room for negotiation at $3900 off with 0%. We got a 2011 GT two weeks ago, and payed ~200$ more compared to your deal.

No Nav I assume for you aswell, wonder if the $200 was just your paint color choice? :)

Sorry I should have mentioned exact config: 2011 GT FWD MoonBose, Nav, White Mica, Liftgate, Remote Start. We got ~ 3650$ off with 0%, so it looks like your deal is even sweeter.

Ah, you're FWD vs my AWD makes the price similar as you have Nav and I do not :).

That's what I had in mind too, but you get used to some of their programming that's not available on commercial radio stations and the next thing you know, you are hooked and thinking seriously about signing up for a Sirius subscription.

I think the best way to approach a deal is in person. Walking away from a sale is the biggest ego-crusher for a salesman, so if you continue to offer your lowest bid and just keep walking away each time if they won't cut you the deal that you want, then eventually, they will cave.

End-of-day combined with end-of-month negotiating sometimes works, as sales managers are always conscious of those monthly quotas.

Did you buy yet?

MSRP $38,360 Discount -$6,291 Buy Smart Price $32,069, 2011 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring

Hey Guys,

This is my 1st post as a new member and owner of a 2011 CX-9 GT AWD White Pearl Mica with NAV/MR, All Weather Mats, Wheel Locks, Power Liftgate, Remote Start and Roof Rack.

MSRP $40,625
Paid $35,800 after all incentives plus 0% financing plus TTL extra.

I traded a 2011 Subaru Outback only after 6 months due to a lack of space with my 2nd baby arriving in November and nagging steering wheel shimmy issues. Dealer offered me $26,000 for my trade and I threatened to walk 3 times until I got $28,000 for it which is above and beyond what it would appraise for even on a private sale.

I went on a rainy day, as teedeebee stated, and it was end of the month. I thought it was a pretty decent deal.

Welcome and Congrats on the new CX9 and second little one.

Congrats, and welcome to hell! (just kidding, love my 3yr & 9mo old)

Bahahahaha! Thanks! My 2 year old is going through terrible 2s so now I get to enjoy that plus NO sleep in about 2 more months. Gotta love it. But I wouldn't trade that for the world :)

Thank you. I look forward to being a part of the community of CX-9 owners. The car has been a dream come true. It's literally like a bigger Acura TL, which is my daily driver. The handling, fit and finish, and styling is mind blowing. The Subaru Outback was nice but it was just too numb and the steering wheel shimmy issue caused more than a few of us to jump ship...for the better.
