DATE : MARCH 27TH 2010
LOCATION : COURTNEY CAMBELL CAUSEWAY(tampa side near grills/tables)
TIME : 12:00 PM till whenver, food at 1:30/2:00ish

OFFICIAL ROLL-IN (PRE-MEET LOCATION)

A meet up at a local best buy will be the location for everyone to gather for roll in. That way if theres any mix up about the meets actual location you can group up with others to roll in right after 12. Roll in, pre-meet at the best buy will start at 11:30AM, and promptly leave at noon to head to the causeway. Food tickets will be available for purchase here as well for 5$, so you dont have to worry about it come lunch time. Just bring your ticket to the grill and eat. buy em up

Roll in meet up time: 11:30AM, propmptly leaving at noon to head to the causeway

plenty of condiments for burgers and dogs

---If you have kids and there eating and you buy a plate for yourself, kids eat FREE
---Seating is very limited, if you have folding chairs. You will probably want to bring some

---I will have a photog taking quality pics of the cars and event coverage as well.

Guaging interest on another tampa meet/bbq. We had a great turnout last year to CCC and would be excited to get even more this year. The date/time is open for suggestions. So cmon people, lets get the ball rolling in 2010.

I added you for now, list updated as well. Right now im leaning toward march 27th. That way if people are traveling from a far. They could make a weekend out of it and hit up the Ultraevolution show in tampa on sunday and rep your mazda. Ill have some more solid info by the middle of next week. If we get a big turnout. Food will be 5$ a person(generous portions), just to cover cost. We are not looking to make money on this, just cover expense. And im sure you all can understand that. We are going to have someone selling mazda/jdm/auto-x vinyl decals too for a special meet price. So if youve looking for any vinyls, then would be the time to buy them for low special price. But like I said more details to come this week.

If anyone is wanting to go to the show on sunday and compete against your friends for the best mazda catagory, we can go clean up the rides and get them prepped. I have a lot of supplies from my detailing business and can provide just about anything you need. LMK

hell yeah I would love to attend can't find any mazda meets or people in Tampa to hang with with Mazda's... how sure is the date of the 27th cause i work nights... and where is it gonna be at?
