So a while back I installed my amp and sub. No big deal. Then my controls for the blue tooth on the steering wheel quit working. So the dealership claims they turned their head on my install and swapped the radio becuase the controls are built in. Everything works fine. A month later, my AUX input used for my mp3 gets all staticy and stops working. I Sat at the dealer for 3 hours total over 2 trips. After they replace the plug in the console and realize that didnt fix the issue, they order ANOTHER radio. Only this time, they tell me to take out all my wiring and sub to eliminate any possible noise. Here's the deal....there is obviously no issue with my amp/sub causing issues as everything else works fine. My install is clean. Im kind of stuck on what to do. I think the dealership is being unreasonable as its obvious to me that my install has nothing to do with my aux connection not working. Everything else works...so before I go to the trouble of removing everything on their behalf, what would you guys do?

I agree. I just think that since everything works fine except the AUX input, that its fairly obvious it isnt the install. Especially since it happened months aftersub was installed. I also think they have been lenient on ignoring the install. I competed in car audio for a number of years. I had an amp and sub out of my previous car and decided to use it. The stock stereo is ok, adding a solid bass line just makes it that much better.
