2010 Mazda3 Sport - Best price to offer?

I am currently looking at an automatic 2010 Mazda3 Sport with around18k miles and am trying to come up with the best OTD offer to give. The car is currently listed at $18,000 which has to be a joke. I like in KY so I was thinking of making an OTD offer of $15,500. Anyone have ideas on whether this would be a good deal or should I try lower?

Why would you buy used when Mazda offers 60 month financing at zero percent? Just bought my 2011 Sport for just about 18k plus the taxes, etc....traded by P5 and also got the 500 dollar owner loyalty incentive. There are new 2011 Mazdas out there on dealer lots.

Just bought a 2012 isport for 17,800 OTD with GAP insurance included @ 1.9% APR for 60 months. If you recently graduated college they hook you up really well.

I just bought a 2010 iSport with 15K miles for $13,500. Used car loan at my credit union for 1.4% sweetened the deal!
