2010 CX9-iPod..aux-in / BT / USB Adaptor

Okay so I took delivery of my baby on Wednesday. I immediately hooked my iPod Touch 3G via Bluetooth. Listened to some podcasts and sounded awesome. But then I listened to some music with bass and it sucked. I figured I'd try hooking up via Aux and once I adjusted the volume on the iPod to about midway, it sounded way better.

2things:

Is there something I am doing wrong w. BT setup.

If I buy the USB Adapter, will it sound better?

Any comments/suggestions welcomed.

i don't know the details how BT works but with all of the devices i had, using wires like USB or aux, i always get better music and less interference with it.

nyways, i don't think my 08 cx9 streams thru BT, but you could see your manual and see the setting where you can adjust the bass.

i'm pretty sure ipod has excellent BT capability but cx9 10 could have less quality BT device/hardware.

Thanks. On my CX7 I was using the GROM adapter and it was very good (hooked into the Sirius Input).

I think I may just buy the USB Adapter, I am guessing it will be much better.
