200whp+ safely

I've been following this thread and others very, very closely. For those in emissions states is there any hope of modding up to 200WHP and staying street legal? Here in MA you NEED your cats and need to pass the obdII, so the few options include a cat-back. Also for those of you around 200whp do you feel the car is still well balanced?

I don't see any reason why you wouldn't pass emissions with an aftermarket down/mid pipe that has a high-flow cat on it.

guys I've abbandoned ship on my project, almost all of my parts have been parted out, Just to let you know though I ended up with a hiboost fmic, ghl turboback, Unichip, injen cai, vcts removed and ported intake manifold and I was running 9psi spiking to 11psi. I could spin my wheels in third gear. Never had a chance to dyno but I am damn sure I surpassed my goal of 200whp, I dusted an S2000. That proves it for me. I'm heading back to school tomarrow, good luck to all of you. If you have any questions please feel free to pm me, its been a long road and i'm sure I could help you guys out with your 200whp goals....
