Many companies have announced the elimination of their contingency programs and cut backs in racing. So, the question of the week has been "Is Mazda going to pay contingency this year?"
Very simply, YES!
Mazda's original Competition Parts program was originally founded around the idea of supporting our racers. We still hold true to that philosophy today. Mazda is still a strong company. We still have a full racing support program. We have a good finance company that is still lending for purchasing and leasing vehicles. We have our strongest lineup of new cars ever.

Tell them that you can call in and speak to a person to place an order or can order 24 hours a day on our website.
Tell them about how Mazda sends people and truck loads of parts to the SCCA Runoffs, NASA Championships and MX-5 Cup races to help ensure that our racers have what they need to finish well.
Tell your friends that they would be eligible for discounts on new Mazda vehicles through the Mazda S-Plan. MAZDASPEED members are also eligible for a 15% discount on Sparco Products.
Remind them that there is NO CHARGE for membership.
How to direct them to becoming members
Basically, if your friends are just starting to build their Mazda race car, they only need three things to register and become a member:
An estimated race date within the next 12 months.
A copy of a current racing club membership card.
A photo of their Mazda.
If they have already raced their Mazda, it's even easier. We just need copies of two official race results in their Mazda.

As a Mazda partner, MAZDASPEED MOTORSPORTS Members are eligible to participate in the Mazda New Vehicle Purchase "S-Plan" program. S-Plan offers special pricing on new Mazda vehicles to all employees of Mazda-approved business partners and suppliers (and now their friends and family as well). The price is equal to invoice price and minimizes price negotiation at the dealership. Note that the S-Plan price is before any applicable incentives and does not include tax, license, registration or doc fees.
The exact S-Plan pricing for each vehicle is pre-printed on the factory invoice at the dealer. You'll need to take your S-Plan Pin Certificate to the dealer to find out the price on a particular model.
The process is simple:
1. Go to www.MazdaUSA.com/splan.
2. Click on the Create a PIN link near the bottom of the page. Do not click on the vehicle images.
3. Complete the form using your approved Partner ID, which is M000730.
4. Print the certificate.
5. Visit your local Mazda dealer to purchase a new Mazda vehicle.
