2008 Honda Accord Sedan Production Photos

Nice Avalon.... oh no, that is from Toyota...

Apart from the poor design, Why bigger?? Now even the wheels look funny. Only 19" would look proportionate.

Oh, and I bet they also doubled the number of available cupholders...

I think you guys are being way too hard on this thing. Because most of us are considerably younger than the target demographic Honda is shooting for with this thing, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Even though I'm not (and hopefully never will be) in the market for a boring (albeit reliable) mode of transport like this... I know there are a bizzillion people out there that are.

As far as the looks go... for what it's worth, I think they did a good job with it. The Camry (minus the aero package) looks bloated in comparrison. Combine the fact every trim (minus the SE) rides like a buick and the competition isn't exactly doing that much better. One thing you know about this car, it'll drive and handle quite well. I'm going to assume the interior will be best of class as they always are.

Anyway.... since every other car will be one of these in a few years, I'm guessing the looks will grow on you.

somehow the front end reminds me of the current-gen Hyundai Sonata

i thought i'd never see the day when Honda reverse-emulates Hyundai... now i have seen it all...

I was gunna say the exact same thing

Honda Sonata FTL!

I actually think the sonata is a more cohesive design. Not impressed at all!

It does look better than the current gen model, but thats not saying much!

Actually, I'll take the Sonata...Thaaaanks ;)

^^So would I.

Ditto!

Yeah, many of us may not be the target market for an Accord, but still, I always have had high expectations for any upcoming Honda model (especially high profile like the Accord). Yet, lately, they have let me down (sad2)...

But you know what, I'll give some credit back to Honda.... that Boston view in the background is great... Oh, off-topic (wrong)
