2008 CX-9 with Check Engine Code of P060C - Big deal or little?

Trying to figure out what to do with a check engine code of P060C on my 2008 Cx-9. So far I have not been able to find much information. It looks like it is some sort of computer chip. Does any one have guidance of information on what to do/expect with this issue? Thanks for the help!

broke down and went to dealer. Got lucky in my opinion. They flashed to the computer chip and that cleared the issue as far as I can tell. troubling that there was any type of electrical event like a dead battery or anything of note that lead up to this. I guess it's a cross your fingers and hope it was isolated type thing.
