any 06 that you buy at a dealer will have it done. it was a recall. they can't knowingly sell a car that has been part of a recall and the work not performed.
You would hope. I took this into count when I bought mine, it wasn't a week later I started getting power loss. Took it in and wala... it needed the recall done. Twas not happy. (headshake
They probably did the same thing they did with the MSPs reflash, ever car on the lot was suppose to have it done when it came out, but the cars that were already out could request not to get it. I remember because I didn't have the flash on my MSP (it was a Mazda reps car) and I told them NOT to do it.
i got my msp from a dealership, not mazda tho. so it went in about 3 days later to have it done as soon as i found this site and knew the cure lol. coincidentally the person before me traded it in because the 'power band was funny', place also saw that and gave him less money too. s*** for him. but good for me as they gave me a good deal haha (cabpatch)
