For Sale is my 2005 V6 Mustang Convertible, with every possible option other than the Automatic transmission.

The car has just over 64,450 miles, looks and runs great. I'm selling it because after nearly a year and a half, I just don't love it. It's a very nice muscle car. I'm just not a muscle car guy. I'm in the market for another Protege, P5 or possibly a 6 hatch.

I got a consistant 20mpg around town, and on one road trip, 30 mpg at 75-80 on the highway. This car is a great highway cruiser!

The car has:

4.0L V6 engine 210 HP, 240 Torque: It's quicker than anything I've ever owned and makes all the right muscle car noises.
Traction control: Gets around great in snow, even on all-season tires.
ABS
Shaker 1000 stereo: a $1000+ option when new this includes 10 speakers, with a sub in the trunk and in each door and a six-disc changer in the dash that takes MP3 Disks for 60+ hours of music and great sound!
Ipod connector in center console: I added this, it's a PIE-brand adapter and works on the head unit's AUX button. It also charges the Ipod.
"MyColor" dash lighting lets you select from a number of pre-set colors or mix your own color.
Leather seating
Rear spoiler: OEM style
Front Grill: After market METAL grill with GT foglights and retro mustang badge.
1 1/4" trailer hitch: I installed this for a bike rack. The car has never been used for towing.

The only "mod" is the replacement of the stock air box with a large cone filter. This was done by the previous owner, has caused me no problems whatsoever, and I have the stock air box, so it can be reversed.

I also have a spare set of stock wheels for the car, with worn-out tires, an additional rear bumper cover which the previous owner gave me and a spare throttle body for the car. All can be included, or I can sell them separately if you don't want them..

Edmunds puts the value of this car, private party, at $13,623.

I'd like to get 13,000, with all the extra stuff. I'm negotiable on that, too.
The car is in Chantilly VA, outside of DC, and I can deliver it up to 2 days drive from here if you're willing to fly me home.

No, you can't have the Ipod with it! Well, ok, maybe for the right $$$!

The silver accents keep the interior from being a black hole of despair.

Just so there's no confusion: 5 speed manual, 3 pedals.

So, make an offer, come take a test drive. Please, buy my car so I can slip into something (I'm) more comfortable (driving).

Thanks for looking!

Call it whatever you like. It has the same Power to weight ratio as the MSP, and more torque than anything I've ever owned.

I'm with ya there. I love Mazdas and the MSP. But we all need to be honest a MSP isn't really that fast. My wife drives a 98 Regal GS that would smoke a MSP.

I put my old 94 Cobra on craigslist and it sold within a couple weeks. This is my current mustang:

Two Mustang forums. One local, one national. no love.

I love it to death, so far i've only got a Brenspeed tune, rear lower control arms, tint, clear turn signals and little stuff like that. I ran a best of 13.48 @103 with a 2.2 60ft. It's got 8k miles on it.

sorry for the ridiculous thread jack.
