2005 Mazda 3 30/90k Service?

Has anyone done a 30/90k service done on their Mazda? My 2005 Mazda 3 sedan hit 90,000 miles and my dealer wants the 30/90k service done on it for $199. Does anyone know if this is necessary? I looked on the Mazda website and pulled the service sheet and attached it to this post. Can anyone tell me if $199 seems right for the service their doing? Thanks.

I do my own service, I have done a 30k mile check and it takes me about 2 hours, but I don't have
a lift. A dealer should be able to do the service quicker.

I'm not sure about the price of the service. Does it include oil and filter? It may vary by location.
Should the service be done? Yes, it should done if you want the car to be dependable. You don't
have to get the car serviced at the dealer, a good independent garage may charge less and do
a better service.
