I'm sorry, but I have put a lot of time in this and have had others contribute some cash so I couldn't just give away what I've come up with at this point. It wouldn't be fair to the other folks. I'd be happy to build a module up for you for the $40 I mentioned if you'd like. I think I've actually been able to come up with a circuit that will work with a factory VIW stalk. I am in the stages of prototyping and testing it now. Once I prove it out, I could then be able build a stand alone module or one that works with a factory VIW stalk. I will post to let folks know once I've tested the design.

Hi all,

I've gotten my prototype mod circuit working with a factory VIW stalk out of a 2007 Mazda 3. I have a 2004 Mazda 3 which didn't come with VIW, but the stalk plugs right in. I've posted a video of it working. I am a few minor tweaks away from having it fully workin.

I just bought my Mazda 3s hatchback this last week, It came with a borla axleback exhaust. Sounds pretty good, and i'm a stickler for how exhausts sound.
