2003 P5 Head Unit - Touch Screen Replacement

I'm actually really digging the stock head unit and so far the dash kit for regular sized head units look a bit odd but what would look killer would be and a touch screen that fills the entire section. Firstly is there such a unit that has radio functionality, dvd/cd etc..and is there such a kit that looks like a factory install. I'm interested in that look where you see that huge lcd display like factory GPS screens. If so any pics?

The Protege head unit is a double-din opening so if you find a double-din unit it should drop right in w/o requiring a kit. If you go with a single-din unit you will need a kit. Please see the sticky threads in this section for more info.
