2003.5's relased in April?

Guy up here at work emailed this link Think it's true? I thought the rumor was July?! The dealerships here have 2003s still in stock. Will this mean they'll come down on price to get rid of them?

I wouldn't count on the 2003's coming down in price. Since it technically isn't a "model" change, there shouldn't be a real change in the demand for them. It's really just new colors, and other minor feature changes. AFaceInTheCrowd hasn't even gotten his 2003 yet...so they must be getting harder to locate.

I went to the mazda dealership to check on my 2003.5 coming in april... they said that the pipeline still showed 2003's to be delivered and nothing on 2003.5.

I think we all know by now that the dealers are the last to know when they're getting their cars. We also know that all the yellow and titanium cars are in North America (I suspect the blue and silvers are rolling off the Japanese assembly line as we speak.) April sounds reasonable to me.

Oh, and Braden (if I can call you that) before I forget...I watched the videos and read all about that turbo'd Escort in PA a while ago (before I was on this board full-time, I believe.) Very impressive. You seem to really know your s***. I enjoyed reading about the tuning process. Enough ego-stroking...back to your regularly scheduled forum...
